My name is Amy MacDougall, and I am the proud owner of  AM CleanWorks. My journey in the cleaning industry began more than 20 years ago in the hotel sector, where I worked my way up to a management position. Those early years taught me the foundations of exceptional cleaning standards, efficiency, and the importance of creating spaces that feel welcoming, comfortable, and cared for.

After building a strong foundation in hospitality, I transitioned into the healthcare industry—an environment where precision, safety, and attention to detail are absolutely essential. Working in healthcare strengthened my commitment to cleanliness as a form of care, protection, and respect for the people who rely on those spaces every day.

While I continue to work in healthcare, I found myself wanting something more—something that allowed me to use my skills in a way that felt personally fulfilling and aligned with my passion for helping others. I wanted to build something of my own, something rooted in integrity, reliability, and pride in a job well done.

That desire is what brought AM CleanWorks to life.

Today, AM CleanWorks is more than a cleaning service.
